On June 28& 29, 2025, the RING AWARD 25 came to a spectacular close with a grand finale at the Schauspielhaus Graz. Three international teams demonstrated, through their interpretations of Claudio Monteverdi’s “L’Orfeo” (Acts II–III), just how moving, surprising and diverse opera can be.
Both the audience and the jury were equally enthusiastic. All three productions impressed with their high quality and powerful expression, but in the end, team Giorgio Pesenti (ITA) / Giulia Bruschi (ITA) / Riccardo Mainetti (ITA) / Elena Patacchini (ITA) / Matteo Castiglioni (ITA) was crowned the winning team of the RING AWARD 25 with Orfeo.
